Документированный мощевик с мощами святого Апостола Иакова Алфеева

Oval silver glass-fronted theca housing substantial first-class ex ossibus relic of Saint James the Less, Apostle. The relic is affixed to a silk background, surrounder by silver wire and gilt paperolle ornamentation, and identified on a manuscript cedula label as S. Jacobi Min. A. (Saint James the Less, Apostle).  On the back,  the theca is secured by a seal of red Spanish wax with an imprint of a coat of arms of  Giorgio Maria de Lascaris C.R. (†1795), Titular Patriarch of Jerusalem (1762-1795) and consultant to the Congregation for Indulgences and Sacred Relics in the Roman Curia responsible he task of managing the granting of authentication to the relics. The theca is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and hand-signed by Patriarch de Lascaris in 1764,  

Saint James, son of Alphaeus was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus, appearing under this name in all three of the Synoptic Gospels' lists of the apostles. He is often identified with James the Less and commonly known by that name in church tradition. He is also labeled "the minor", "the little", "the lesser", or "the younger", according to translation. He appears only four times in the New Testament, each time in a list of the twelve apostles. His feast day is celebrated on May 3 (Roman Catholic Church) and 9 October (Eastern Orthodox Church). He is a Holy Patron of apothecaries; druggists; dying people; Frascati, Italy; fullers; milliners; Monterotondo, Italy; pharmacists; and Uruguay.
