Round yellow-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing first-class ex ossibus  (of the bone) relic of St. Colette of Corbie. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on typeset cedula label as S. Coletae V. (St. Colette, Virgin ).  On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Order of Friars Minor (OFM) . The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed in 1991 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Causes of Canonization.

Saint Colette of Corbie, P.C.C., (†1447) was a French abbess and the foundress of the Colettine Poor Clares, a reform branch of the Order of Saint Clare. She is honored as a saint in the Catholic Church. Due to a number of miraculous events claimed during her life, she is venerated as the patron saint of women seeking to conceive, expectant mothers, and sick children. She was canonized in 1807 by Pope Pius VII and her Feast day is celebrated on March 6.
