Reliquary theca with relics of Saint Pantaleon Martyr, Saint Donatian Martyr, and Saint Maria de Cerevellon.

Oval silver glass-fronted theca housing relics of Saint Unmercenary Healery Pantaleon (Panteleimon) Martyr, Saint Donatian Martyr, and Saint Maria de Cervellione. The relics are separated by paperolle ornamentation and identified on manuscript cedulae labels. On the back, the theca is secured by a seal of red Spanish wax with a clear imprint of the coat of arms of an unidentified Roman Catholic Archbishop.

Greatmartyr Panteleimon (or Pantaleon) was the Unmercenary Healer martyred under the reign of Emperor Maximian (ca. 305 A.D.). Saint Panteleimon had been educated as a physician, and he "dedicated his life to the suffering, the sick, the unfortunate and the needy. He treated all those who turned to him without charge, healing them in the name of Jesus Christ. He is a Holy Patron of physicians, midwives, livestock, lottery winners, and victories, invoked against headaches, consumption, locusts, witchcraft, accidents and loneliness, and helper for crying children.

Saints Donatian and Rogatian were two brothers, martyred in Nantes during the reign of Roman Emperor Maximian, around 288–290, for refusing to deny their faith. They are also known as les enfants nantais. Their feast day is 24 May. They are commemorated throughout the Loire Valley, as far as Orléans, where their relics were displaced at the time of the Norman invasions, and then deposited in the ninth or tenth century in their namesake basilica in a reliquary of gold. These relics were scattered during the French Revolution.

Saint Mary de Cervellione (Catalan: Maria de Cervelló) (†1290) was a Catalan superior of the Second order of Mercedarians. She is a Catholic saint; her veneration, which began immediately after her death, was approved by Pope Innocent XII in 1692. On account of her charity towards the needy she began to be called Maria de Socos (Mary of Help). She is invoked especially against shipwreck and is generally represented with a ship in her hand. Her remains lie in the Basilica of La Merced in Barcelona and Her feast is celebrated on 19 September.
