1988 Documented reliquary with relic of Polish Blessed Honorat Koźmiński, O.F.M. Cap.

Round white-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing first-class ex ossibus (of the bone) relic of Blessed Honorat Koźmiński. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Honorat Koźmiński (Blessed Honorat Koźmiński). On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of Order of Friars Minor Capuchin. The reliquary is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued by the Postulator General of the Order on 16 October, 1988 (the very day of his beatification.

Blessed Honorat Koźmiński (†1916), born Wenceslaus Koźmiński in Biała Podlaska, Poland, was a Capuchin priest and founder of numerous religious congregations. Ordained in 1852, he became a prolific spiritual director and confessor in Warsaw. After the 1864 suppression of religious orders by Russian authorities, he secretly founded 17 lay and religious congregations, including the Felician Sisters, to preserve Catholic life under persecution. Known for his humility, zeal, and devotion to the poor, he promoted Eucharistic adoration and Marian devotion. Despite exile and restrictions, his work endured. Beatified by Pope John Paul II on 16 October, 1988, his feast day is December 16.
