1992 Documented medal & relics of St. Angela of the Cross (Ángela de la Cruz), founder of the Sisters of the Company of the Cross

Round white-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing the second-class ex vestis  (of the vestment) pre-canonization relic of Saint Angela of the CrossThe relic is affixed to a red silk ground identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Angelae a Cruce / Ex vestis (the Blessed Angela of the Cross, of the vestment) On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Roman Catholic Order of the Sisters of the Company of the Cross. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued in 1992 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Cause of Beatification and Canonization. 

Saint Angela of the Cross (Spanish: Ángela de la Cruz †1932), was a Spanish religious sister and the foundress of the Sisters of the Company of the Cross, a Roman Catholic religious institute dedicated to helping the abandoned poor and the ill with no one to care for them. She was beatified on 5 November 1982 by Pope John Paul II in Seville. She was declared a saint on 4 May 2003 by Pope John Paul II in the Plaza de Colón in Madrid.
