1985 Documented reliquary theca with relics of the Blessed Benedict Menni, founder of Sisters Hospitaller of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Round white-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing the first-class ex ossibus  (of the bone)  of the Blessed Benedict MenniThe relic is affixed to a silk ground identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Benedictus / Menni, o h (the Blessed Benedict Menni, Order of Hospitallers) On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Roman Catholic Order of the Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued in 1992 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Cause of Beatification and Canonization. 

Blessed Benedict Menni (†1914) was an Italian Roman Catholic priest and a professed member of the Order of the Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God who he went on to establish a religious congregation of women known as the Sisters Hospitaller of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and based upon the one of which he was a member. He worked for the elderly, those who were abandoned and aided polio victims and those with mental health problems. He was canonized in 1999 after the recognition of two miracles attributed to his intercession. His order continues to flourish across the world in locations such as Spain and Italy. He is a patron saint of people with mental health issues, the sick, and volunteers. His Feast day is celebrated on April 24.
