Round glass-fronted yellow-metal reliquary theca housing the first-class ex ossibus  (of a bone) relics of the Blessed Maria Angela Truszkowska. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. M.A. Truszkowska On the back, under the protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued on April 18, 1993 (the very day of her beatification) by the Postulator General of the Order.

Blessed Maria Angela Truszkowska (†1899) was a Polish nun beatified by the Roman Catholic Church. Foundress of the Felician Sisters, she forged one of the first active-contemplative communities that, nearly a century and a half later, would grow to include more than 1,800 vowed Sisters over four continents serving in an array of ministries. She was beatified on April 18, 1993 by Pope John Paul II.
