Spectacular reliquary with 140 relics of the True Cross, the Passion, Holy Family, Apostles, Martyrs & Saints

Spectacular one-of-a-kind large and attractive glass-fronted trompe l'oeil painted wood oval frame reliquary housing relics of the True Cross of Christ surrounded by the amazing 139 relics of the Passion, Holy Family, Apostles, Christian Martyrs, and Saints. Each relic is surrounded by silver wire and gilt paperole ornamentation and identified in Latin on manuscript cedulae labels. On the back, the reliquary is secured by a silk ribbon held in place by two seals of red Spanish wax with a coat of arms of Archbishop Francesco Saverio Passari (†1808), Vicegerent of Rome and Titular Archbishop of Larissa in Thessalia.

 The reliquary contains the following 140 relics:
