1993 Documented reliquary theca with relic of Blessed Anna Maria Taigi

Round glass-fronted yellow-metal reliquary theca housing the first-class Ex ossibus (of the bone) relic of the Blessed Anna Maria Taigi. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Anna M. Taigi (Blessed Anna Maria Taigi).  On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Secular Trinitarians. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed in 1993 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Causes of Canonization.

Blessed Anna Maria Taigi (†1837) - born Anna Maria Giannetti - was an Italian Roman Catholic professed member of the Secular Trinitarians who experienced a series of ecstasies during her life and was known to have heard the voices of God and Jesus Christon several occasions. The beatification process opened in 1863 under Pope Pius IX after she was titled as a Servant of God and Pope Benedict XV later beatified her in mid-1920. Her feast day is celebrated on June 9th and she is considered a holy patron of housewives, mothers, victims of verbal and spousal abuse, families, and Trinitarian tertiaries.
