Documented theca with relics of the Blessed Abbess Maria Crocifissa Satellico

Round glass-fronted silver reliquary theca housing the first-class ex ossibus  (of the bone) relic of the Blessed Maria Crocifissa Satellico. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified on a typeset cedula label as Ex Ossibus B. Mariae Cr. Satellico (of the bone of the Blessed Maria Crocifissa Satellico).  On the back, under the protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued by the Postulator General responsible for the cause of beatification and canonization.

Blessed Maria Crocifissa Satellico (†1745) was an Italian Roman Catholic professed religious from the Poor Clares who served as her convent's abbess. Her beatification was celebrated on 10 October 1993 by Pope John Paul II.
