Documented theca with relic of Saint Philomena Virgin Martyr

Round glass-fronted  silver theca housing second class ex velo que involuta (from the material that wrapped the bone relics of)  relic of Saint Philomena accompanied by matching authentics document issued in 1954 by cardinal Clemente Micara (†1965) in a capacity of Vicar General of Rome.

Saint Philomena was a young lady whose remains were discovered in 1802 in the Catacombs of Priscilla. She is a Patron of children, youth, babies, infants, priests, lost causes, sterility, virgins, Children of Mary, The Universal Living Rosary Association, Sibonga, and Cebu. Her feast day is venerated on the 11th of August.
